RETURN & REFUND POLICY

Applies to all rooted and modified device purchases

 

Overview

We stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be satisfied with your purchase. Please read this policy carefully, as important distinctions apply depending on your country of residence. This policy covers all rooted mobile devices and modified handsets sold through our store.

 

Non-EU Customers

Return Window

Returns are accepted within 14 calendar days of the confirmed delivery date. Requests made after this period will not be eligible for a refund.

Restocking Fee

All approved returns from non-EU customers are subject to a 20% restocking fee, deducted from the refund amount. This fee reflects the administrative, inspection, and re-listing costs incurred upon receiving a returned unit.

 

Example: If your order total was $500, your refund will be $400 after the 20% restocking fee is applied.

Shipping & Packaging

Customers are solely responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including:

Outbound return shipping fees
Adequate and secure packaging materials
Any applicable customs duties or import charges on the return shipment

 

We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service. We cannot be held liable for items lost or damaged in transit during the return.

 

EU Customers

Statutory Right of Withdrawal

Customers residing in the European Union retain the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 calendar days of delivery, in accordance with Directive 2011/83/EU on consumer rights. No reason is required to exercise this right.

Diminished Value Charge — 20%

While EU customers may exercise their right of withdrawal, please be advised of the following:

 

Our products are sold as pre-rooted devices with unlocked bootloaders. The process of rooting a device and unlocking its bootloader permanently voids the manufacturer's warranty. This modification is irreversible and is performed prior to sale. As a result:

 

The device cannot be returned to its original, factory-warranted condition.
Manufacturer warranty coverage is permanently void upon bootloader unlock — this cannot be reinstated by any means, including factory reset or software restoration.
The absence of a valid manufacturer warranty materially reduces the resale and market value of the unit.

 

In accordance with Article 14(2) of Directive 2011/83/EU, where the value of the goods has diminished as a result of handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods, we are entitled to deduct an amount reflecting that diminished value.

 

Accordingly, a 20% diminished value charge will be applied to all EU returns. This charge directly accounts for the permanent loss of manufacturer warranty, the reduced resale value of the device on the secondary market, and the inability to offer the returned unit as a new, warranted product.

 

Example: If your order total was €500, your refund will be €400 after the 20% diminished value charge is applied.

Shipping & Packaging

EU customers are responsible for all costs associated with returning an item, including:

Return shipping fees to our designated returns address
All packaging and protective materials required for safe transit
Any applicable customs or duty fees arising from the return shipment

 

We recommend using a tracked and insured shipping method. We are not responsible for returned goods that are lost or arrive damaged due to insufficient packaging.

 

Refund Processing

Once the returned item has been received at our facility and inspected, your refund will be processed promptly. Please allow up to 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider.

 

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. We will notify you via email once the refund has been initiated.
